I was wonder if some could help me we had our house built last year. I was pregnant with triplets and had to go out of state to have them. So I had to pick colors, etc. in a hurry. I have a problem I think the floor plan upstairs could be better suited for the girls and us. I am planning on adding a second story addition over our three car garage. I plan on making a new master suite but I need help on what to do with the rest of the floor plan. I was wondering should I go to an architect and how much would it cost also to see one. I don't plan on doing the remodel for at least 4 or 5 years but would love to have plans in place for when I have the cash and time to do this. Any help is appreciated!
