I can't seem to find the right place to ask this question---so will start here. I can't get the 3D kitchen designer to load on my computer. Has anyone ever used it? Does it work? What might I be doing wrong?!

Are you using Internet Explorer? Firefox wont work because this use's the Active X plugin...
