plywood

yo...that is cool huh....but the problem i have with mitring plywood is that plywood isnt the same thickness the whole way through a sheet...they roll this stuff out and cut it after they lam the sheet together so you get ...like roller impressions ....so when you line the mitre up it isnt perfect....i might be nuts.....this is a big reason i dont run dados in case work with plywood ..there ends up being gaps....i cut to fit inside them use a biscut to keep it together ...not that i do this type of stuff ....but i mostly just slap it together with ....the lengend Al and we face screw most stuff.....but i like the jig.....i have a bench dog with the micro ajustment ..and it works ****a!!!!
