Does anyone know if there is a portable air conditioning unit without an exhaust tube?

I have a room in my apartment that has no window and the landlord will not allow me to create an exhaust for it.

Portable AC units use the removal of moisture as a means to provide cooling. One might be enough.

You might be able to exhaust the hot air to the next room and cool that room with a fan.
