I'll bite, but not with a question - comment only.

I have seen some modulars that were very well built and others that should have never seen daylight.

The concept is good and the efficiency needed in this industry, The qualification is as always, let the buyer beware.

BTW, the most recent issue of Fine Homebuilding on the stands has an article touching this subject fairly well.

Excellence is its own reward!
