I was wondering if anyone could help me know and understand what this 8 inch Toe is referred to in the drawing attached. I need to know by tomorrow morning if possible. This is on a foundation plan for a garage. thank you for your help. Dallin

I was guessing that it was TOO OUTSIDE EDGE.

But I only see that on that one area. And google did not verify it.

What it might be is an 8" drop in the stem wall so that when the slab is poured it is poured OVER the stem wall with a 4" slab then it would give you a 4" foundation wall above the surface of the floor.
