My husband and I are considering buying a townhome. We are wanting to add a half bath in the kitchen. I would like to know what kind of money we would be looking to spend. I know there are many things to consider (kind of sink and toilet)that make part of the cost. I am more interested in adding walls, electricity, and plumbing costs to lets say a 3x6 half bath. Luckily, it's a full basement down below so plumbing shouldn't be too difficult.
