Adding a heating zone (gas heat)

12/11/2007 08:34 AM mfeirman

I am a first time home buyer. I have found a house that I love, but am concerned it only has one zone for heating. What is the approximate cost of adding a heating zone? The house uses gas heating. The house is a ranch and is approximately 2,000 sq feet located on long Island in New York.

Thanks,
Mark

You might have to give clues, like what kind of system it is - air or water.

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
