Is this possible? Not a full regular second floor but something like a livable attic with dormer style windows. Just enough to add two bedrooms a bath and a laundry room.
Is this something the manufacturer would be able to do or would it have to be contracted out?
How much trouble would this project really be asking for?
Expensive? I'm talking about 2,000 square feet or so.
$10,000 - $15,000
$20,000 - $25,000
$30,000 - way to much
Thanks!

no second floor
due to the way it is blocked up? the blocks under the main steel beam are not designed for a second story.
you would need a foundation support aroung the outer edges, then a second story is possible, but then you need to add floor joists, cut loose the trusses, etc.
not worth it.
check with the manufacturer for confirmation.
