Hi, I am hoping that someone could offer advice on how to bid on a repaint of a high school score board. This board is about 16' at it's maximum height and probably about 10' wide. The entire board needs to be painted and all the words need to be repainted as well. I'm just learning the bidding process, so each new curve ball is a challenge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
