I recently took the wallpaper off my walls. The problem is some of the backing (small pieces) got stuck on the the baseboard heater. I don't know what to do. I've tried using soap and water w/o any success. Can I use WD40 on it. Also, some of the wallpaper pieces got stuck between the wall & heater. I tired a putty knife to get it off w/ no success. Any suggestions?
