I recently built a new home and the electrican installed about 10 pull chain lights in the basement for min. lighting. I would like to change out these lights for fluorescent lights.
Here lies my Question: My basement is 20 feet wide by 50 feet with an alcove of 4 feet wide by 16 feet long. How many fluorescent fixtures will I need and what spacing should the units be? I would like to use two blub units that have a plexi-glass cover.
