When i turn my bathroom tub faucet to shower.. the water still comes out of the bathtub faucet. The water will come out of both the shower and the tub faucet. Leaving very little water pressure in the shower faucet.

Also.. the lever that adjust the cold to hot... doesn't function propertly. When turning the lever to the shower, the lever doesnt allow for a proper mix of cold or hot.

Would this be a problem with the faucet fixture? This fixture is a lever type fixutre... where there is one lever that controls hot/cold and another lever that directs the water to shower or to the tub.
