Blueprints for new garage |

I live in CA. I need someone who can draw blueprints for a 20'-0" x 24'-0", two-car garage. So far, whom I've found have been quite expensive. I would like a reasonable quote.
I should state that my city's code requires that I match the architecture of the existing house as well as roof-line. My house is Spanish-style with a flat roof.
Does anybody here do drafting or know anybody who does?
Thanks... |

There are quite a few more requirements than that in California, including seismic engineering, insurances, licenses, etc.
Excellence is its own reward!

You don't need a draftsperson. You need a licensed Architect to draw up the plans according to your local building code which is stringent due to seismic. Don't go the cheap way - hire a professional.
