I have been following your progress on this piece and am blown away by your artistry. I do have a question on the doors. First, when you mentioned they were going to have glass, I figured you would be able to see the contents beyond; but now that I see the finished piece, there is a back on the doors which prevent seeing anything. So, my question is: why use glass in the first place and not just a nice panel? BTW, I really like the gilding on the scroll work.

Again, wonderful job on this and all of your pieces. Would love to see it in person sometime.
