Book Shelves |

I have a wall behind a couch and would like to mount book shelves on it above the couch. The wall is made of thick wood panelling. The area for the shelving is approximately 4HX10W.
I would like to mount the shelves with no visible means of support (no brackets) although due to the length of the shelves I probably would have to have some verticle supports/dividers betwen the shelves to prevent bowing.
Is there a technique for doing this?

It looks like you got some good resources. The Reader's Digest link looks to be almost spot on with what you're looking for. But if you still need to find some more information, you can try this custom search tool: http://easywoodworking.swicki.com/.
Let me know how things go. |
