Well, you can try glue boards and spray (but you have to make sure you get your foundation, along floor/wall junctures, and edges of suspended ceilings.

Honestly, they are venomous so your best and safest bet is to just pay to have an exterminator come in. It might cost a bit more but it's the best way to truly get rid of the problem.
