I would try one of the products designed for taking the dried bugs off the front bumper and grill of your car. First test it in an area of your siding to insure that it does not change the color of your siding when you spray it on. I would also avoid letting it run down the siding as it may cause streaks. You may also want to wear safety glasses.
There are several products available at the major aftermarket auto parts stores.
