guys....i want to invite you down to my shop the first weekend of june.....bring your tables...i will have the bombe in the shop for a short time and wanted to give you guys a chance to break it down with me and see how it looks....maybe take a field trip and have a discussion on how we all did the table ....so i am thinking the first weekend in june ..

A first hand look at the Bombe. Now that is what I call an incentive to get my table down.

Hey Dude, when you say first, do you mean Sunday June 1st, or the next (full) weekend, like Saturday June 7th?

If my wife and I make the trip, we'd like to plan out a Friday to Monday kinda deal... and do some sight seeing stuff as well.... just wondering so we can look into our work schedules

I just mapquested Nashville to Beantown... 1100 miles...diesel's $4.50 a gallon... I think maybe I'll try to catch a flight. Let me know for sure that we're looking at the 6-7-8 for so I can book something...
Fortunatley, I don't think that my table will fit in the overhead, though... that might be a good excuse, as I think that I'm the poorest pupil in the lot...

By the way, question:

I just finished my fan a couple of nights ago... when I went to sand/scrape the thing, I lost a whole lt of my shading.... It looked awesome, but now looks like a vanilla turd, Anyone else have a similar problem?

we will be here....dont worry about the shading...it happened to me 2..the finish adds allot of depth to it...no problem...

Sure wish I could attend. It would be a pleasure to meet the chisel-ator himself and see the Bombe in person. I know I'd get 5 years of inspiration.
