Cabinet Saw 3HP (want to buy)

I'm looking for a 3 HP cabinet saw, if I can't find a nice used one by December 30 I'll be buying a new one. I'm ready to drive and jump on a good fair deal in North Carolina. Reluctant to buy one sight unseen.
