Hate the color of my Valspar Venetian plaster after it is done. Can I paint or wallpaper over it? Do I need to sand or prime? I did not seal it after finishing.

I would think that you should sand it to get it smooth and then prime it with an acrylic primer before you paint. If you are going to wallpaper you should size after you prime.
