My husband and I are completing renovations to our existing home, recently while on vacation to the Caribbean we stumbled upon a pvc ceiling that was being used. It creates a beautiful finish of faux wood and other finishes (including high gloss). It's imported from China. It comes in measurements of 1ft wide by 16ft long panels. My question... I have not seen this anywhere in the USA and I was wondering how I could find out whether it is a building material that is approved for the US housing market? Would be grateful for any feedback!
