I had 8 windows and a bay window installed by their own employees as we were told, it actually were sub contractors that did the work, They worked fast and got the job done very well, but the only problem is when they cut the window to make a bay window fit, they severed the flexable electrical line. As noted prior to the install they are NOT responsible with the electrical, nor the drywall, but they work did not get compleated, since I had to make the repairs afterword. I ripped out the drywall wall so I could fix the electical, and yes Champion did furnish me with 2 sheets of drywall, (since I cant haul a full sheet.) Currently the promiced to come out to finish the job, but I am playing telephone tag to get a appointment set up. If I cant thru, I PROMICE to visit service personally.

Because of my schecule at work (overtime), the drywall took 2 weeks to install, it is now complete. After making contact with the service manager, I told him (again) that the sub contractors used a circular saw. Manager informed me he should of used a utility knife instead. The sub contractors seems not to happy for a return visit, but are scheduled to come back Monday to finish the job.
Even though on commercials, as they advertize Champion only uises there own people to install sun rooms, for windows they use sub contractors.
All I want from Champion to do is finish the job, I am NOT asking for any reimbusement for extra cost do to their neglect. |
