Classical Forms in Bombe?

03/25/2008 04:52 PM jimforan

Hey T,

Why not have an ATM on the how You + Steve's design followed classical forms? You know, something basic about architectural forms, proportion, and scale.

The most elegant thing about Chippendale furniture is how it's based on classical Greek/Roman forms (Doric, Ionic, etc). You mentioned it in one of your podcasts, and I'd love to know more about how you guys put it into practice.
