A short reply: Two more things we are very pleased with: the house is staying very comfortable with excellent heat distribution; the water fixtures in each bath and kitchen (Moen) are apparently of high quality. A couple of things that we replaced: the two shower heads (the stream was sluggish -- I wanted more of a pulsating flow) so I replaced them with a simple pulsating type--and the locks on the doors required some jiggling so I replaced them with lever handle knobs/locks from Lowes. I had a water pressure regulator installed keeping pressure at abourt 50 lbs (sometimes, the pressure in our neighborhood -- a valley with surrounding mountains--was very high and I was told by the building inspector that sometimes the high pressure could cause leaks)-- I was also advised to install a " sewer backup preventer " --which I did--that would keep pressurized sewer from coming back into the house. Hope your new home turns out great. bjackm
