Cold Air need help

Is it possible to insulate you pipes that carry the warm air? I know they make an insulation with a foil back for reflecting your heat. Sorry Bob Villa, but I saw something on "This Old House" just the other day. They also have some type of insulation that is bubble pack-type material in the middle and has foil on both sides. That is the stuff they used on the program. Hope that helps a little.
