Cold Weather Painting

Is it possible to paint indoors even when it is freezing outside? If so, what kind of paint is best?

Painting inside is not a problem as long as the inside temperature is above the paint manufacture's instructions. Fumes may be a problem if you are living in the space. Try to use low VOC (Volitile Organic Componds) paint. The fumes will be less of a problem.
