Unfortunately I have a painted concrete floor that is chipping away due to years of salt dripping from cars. I would like to resurface the floor and I understand that to get good adhesion I must remove the paint. Is there some type of machine available to shave a layer of concrete off so that the paint will be gone and the floor will be smoother at the same time ? Also is there something available that would at the very least easily remove the paint in the event that the sanding/scrapping of the actual concrete isn't feasable ? Thanks for the help |
