Part of our house is on a slab. Our house flooded during hurricane Floyd. We did not live in the house at that time. We are now having serious issues with moisture seeping through and ruining our flooring/carpets. Is there anyway that we can seal out the moisture, preventing it from coming through? PLEASE help.
