Cost of Building

06/06/2003 11:25 AM David Sager

What is the percentage change in price when comparing stick, panel and poured concrete (with no insulation) type homes with size and finish being the same? Is it right to assume that the price would remain the same once the shell, rough plumbing and electric work were done?

Answers would be all over the map and change again according to your locality.
This is much like asking whether cars are compared based on country of manufacture or brand name - or asking if finish details are same once the frame and drive train are built.
