I have a Craftsman 1/2 HP Garage Door Opener. My problem is my garage door opener remote stopped working. When I changed the batteries, it still didn't work. Additionally, I am having problems reprogramming my keyless keypad. Does anyone have an owner's manual that can be sent via email or a website where I can download an owner's manual? DIY0822 - hi, you need to know/provide the model number of the actual garage door opener (GDO), not the model number of the remote. Once you have the model number of the GDO, try checking to see if it's downloadable on the S-ears website. You'll find this is a very common problem here on this BBS (under this heading as well as Miscellaneous).
