I am building a room in the crawl space of my mountain home. The existing footing is stepped down. I will be pouring a concrete wall below the existing footing to support the footing. Then I will be building a concrete block wall perpindicular to this wall. How Do I Transition/Tie In the block wall to the concrete wall??
