DRICORE Subfloor, any other systems avail ?

01/26/2005 11:12 AM redwall

I am looking for a system comparable or better to the Dricore Subfloor System, as I'm apprehensive about Dricore's particle board construction.
To be used as a raised flooring system over the basement's concrete base with carpet installed eventually.
Any suggestions ?

I'm looking at it too. Same basic concerns. I'm looking at: http://www.systemplaton.com/flooringprotection.html
Platon makes the dimpled stuff that comes on the dricore panels. You can get it in 50'x 44.5" rolls. So it's not has easy to handle as dricore, but you can pick your favorite subfloor to lay on it, ie 4x8 3/4" plywood etc.
They have a web site. I thing the Tongue and groove is pretty important, Not sure what I'll do yet, but think I like this more than carpet pad on concrete.
