Dayton chainsaw

08/01/2005 10:56 AM Bob6608

I have a chainsaw sold under the brand name Dayton (W.W.Grainger) It was purchased new in 1972. I am told (by authorized service people)that the motor was made by Poulan. It a 3.6 cubic inch motor. I have the original parts list and the ignition points I need are part of the "stator group" PN 3995. The updated Poulan number is 530-003995, but always turns up as "obsolete". Does anyone have a source for these parts?
