Demolition of slab

03/29/2005 04:08 AM cubicming

IF we want to demolish a floor slab inside a building, is it necessary to have shoring as the temporary support?
IF it is necessary, then what kind of shoring is needed?

THANK YOU

Walls?

Are you going to demo the slab under any bearing walls that are to remain? Are the exterior walls resting on the slab?

Yes, we are going to demolish the slab under bearing walls that are to remain.

And the exterior walls are resting on the slab.

Thank You.
