I am considering buying a new construction home in Atlanta. The homes in the subdivision only have gutters in the front. The home I am considering is on level ground, with no basement or crawlspace. Do I need gutters on the other three sides of the house? Am I risking damage with just front gutters? Atlanta averages about 60" of rainfall per year.

it depends on the way the roof is sloped.
for instance if water is directed away from an edge due to the way the roof is then a gutter is not needed at that point.
