Hi,
**It is brand new, never been run and the dryer light comes on but no response from the buttons on the control panel. - Any ideas?**
Being just delivered and new, very possible a wires is just "off" somewhere or door switch isn't telling the control the door -is- closed = dead dryer :(
Probably best to leave it to the warranty service people, hate to see you get into the dryer and void your warranty!!
