** Thought I was doing a good thing **
It is a good idea to clean lint residue from a dryer (more so inside of the cabinet than just around the lint filter area) and also cleaning its venting (all the way from the dryer to the outdoors) but care must be taken with any maintenance.
** I will try to remove the bottom panel today and see if anything is stuck in the blower fan. **
