Ep. 95 flat doors

Tommy,
Absolutely love your shows! Better than Hollywood.
As you finished the entertaining glue-up on Ep.,95, you mentioned that you were next going to check the door for warps and twist. I think my trademark as a craftsman is warped doors, they always seem to have a twist. How do you prevent (or cure) twisted doors? I'd enjoy learning any techniques on this.
