Exhausting/Venting 4 Rooms Opinions Please. |

Should this work ok? I am trying to plan out a vent system as mentioned prior to rid 4 rooms of some excess heat. I will have a seperate intake vent to provide fresh air. What I plan to do is use 6" ducts, run them from my exhaust point through each room. I will put 3 inline duct fans (160CFM) in that run of 35ish Ft, one just before the last room, one just before the 2nd to last room, and 1 right before the 1st room. In each room I will have an adjustable vent coming off the 6" line. Will this have a decent impact on vent off these rooms, will it work at all, is there a better low cost way? |

The plan will vent some excess heat. Whether it is enough depends on the kilowatt load of the lights and the body heat of the people, plus any heat coming in from outside.
As you have no definite numbers, it is all a guess.

Thanks for the response again,I understand it's a question if it would remove enought heat....more of a question is the general design. Will that pull heat from the rooms to the outside or will I just be pulling from one room and have it end up not making it outside? |

If you have an adequate intake of fresh air to each room from outside distributed to each room and each fan exhausts from each room, then air will flow.
