What is a good product to use for filling in the joints I cut into the concrete? I cut them about 1/4" wide x 1" deep.
I found a few products but they all say the joints shouldn't be more than 1/4" - 1/2" deep. I would need to fill them with sand or expanding foam first.
Is there something that is self leveling that can handle deep joints?
Thanks!

a full-depth sealant, i never saw or used it,,, sealants have a 'design depth to width' ratio usually in the 1:2 range,,, exceed it & you may cause loss of cohesion or adhesion.
go to home depot & buy some closed cell backer rod,,, that'll act as the btm of the sealant AND also give it shape factor,,, this is VERY specializ'd work but, if you do your homework, should come out fine,,, would suggest 100% silicone. |
