First you need to spell it correctly. It is spelled r-e-a-l-t-o-r.
Second, it is best to find a referral. Make sure that your referral said that the agent was always available for questions and concerns, gave frequent updates, negotiated hard on your behalf and had your best interest in mind. There are many un-employable people that said, "hey, I could be a Realtor!" If all you have to do is pass a test, which by the way is practically answered for you at most schools, then any idiot can be a Realtor. And, trust me there are a lot of "idiot" realtor's out there. It amazes me how pompous some Realtors get even though they have never gone to college, operated a successful business etc. Yet, some act as though they are the "cat's meow." There you have it. BE CAREFUL. |
