I have 3 Firex G-6 smoke detectors in my home and today the upstairs one(hardwired only) began "chirping". Freaking my dog out! LOL I removed it from the ceiling plate and it is STILL chirping in the ceiling. What should I do? The other 2 are quiet...since the units are 10 yrs old, I need to replace them anyway. |
