The concrete floor in my basement is flaking up. A bad mix is my quess. It's 60 yrs. old and someone tried to skim coat it along the way adding to the problem. Is there a way to seal it, I donn't want to go thru the expense of tearing it up and repouring it. I do my wood working down there and can't live with the dust cloud after sweeping up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
