Does anyone know the long-term effects regarding water problems with foam insulated basement walls that have received extensive fire damage? We are trying to decide whether a whole new foundation needs poured or if any problems will occur if not.
Also if anyone has any health information for those who breath in any of the smoke in a house where the fire began in the basement.
