Foundation Questions

Hi All,

I am in the process of having a home built in Georgia. The house is a one level home built on a crawl space which should be complete in about one month. I had some concerns about two things so I thought I should ask here. First off the concrete blocks have mortar between them but are not filled. I was told this is due to it only being a one level home. We have received a lot of rain lately, the house has no gutters yet and i noticed the crawl space had a lot of water in it. I assumed this is normal since I don't have gutters yet. My biggest concern was on the back of the house one of the concrete blocks looks pushed out on one side about an inch. It's only on one side, the other side is level with the other blocks. I doubt this is a big deal but I just wanted to check with someone. Im sure it's still supporting the home but it's pushed out a little on one side. The house is now being drywalled which should be complete soon. Thanks for your input.
