Foundation Walls Cracked |

My house doesn't have a basement. I only have a crawlspace.
There was extensive parging(3 or so layers) over my foundation walls.
The parging is peeling off now, and there are some cracks in the foundation itself.
How would i go about fixing these? Just with water mix concrete fill and a trowel? Do I drill holes across the cracks in inject polymer or a brace or somthing? |

I guess foundations aren't all that interesting to people, given the number of replies...
Oh well.
I started fixing it, with some advice from the building people at Home Depot.
A bag of sand mix concrete, some hydraulic cement, a trowel, concrete mixer, hammer, and chisel...
oh yeah...and a bucket and water... |

cleaned out the cracks with a hammer and chisel.
As i was making the cracks wider, a big huge chunk of concrete fell off the foundation.
I tapped around in various spots, got hollow noises, and so I cleaned off ALL the old concrete.
It's a 100 yr old house, so i must have found about 3 or 4 layers of concrete, and under that was the real foundation, which looked like this: |
