I have a 1942 ranch style home in the Vanouver Wa area. While removing some paneling I was unlucy enough to discover some rotten framing in an interior wall, closet and around the front door frame. I spoke with a hanyman who quoted me $900.00 to $1300 if I did all the demolition. Does this sound reasonable? From a cursory investigation I believe the rot problem has not extended to roof beams or sub floor. Any reply would be helpful
