That link is good, but there is something flaky about the site, Often you need to try it several times.

Chamberlain make the Sears, Chamberlain, Liftmaster units and they all work the same.

"it's a Craftsman 1/2 HP"

That is not a model number.

The model number will be in the form of 139.5xxxx
