My dishwasher was working great until one day a "Blocked arm" message is comming up and it doesn't work at all. The dishwasher is embty and the message is still comming up. My model# is GSD2800L03; sn# GD762020 B. I don't have a manual. Can you help me out. Thanks.

Is there a specific error code displayed?

Some GE dishwasher models monitor rotation of the spray arm during wash by use of a 'reed' switch on the side of the tub that detects a magnet in the tip of the spray arm passing close by it while rotating. If that arm was not turning (like could be due to insufficient water in the machine, a problem with the wash pump or wash system or physical obstruction of the arm itself) or there was a problem with the motoring system, a blocked wash arm error code might be displayed.

I have also been told that a problem with the door latch switch can also sometimes result in a blocked was arm code displaying. I have no personal experience with that cause though but wouldn't hurt to be tested during service.
